Software Methodology : eVision

Processes and methodology are RADIANTe’s strongest attributes, in keeping with our focus on quality and guaranteed deliverables; we have developed a bespoke methodology “eVision” focussed in meeting the demands of managing and delivering complex software solutions to meet the primary objectives of our customers.

“eVision” provides a disciplined approach to project execution and is tailored at the start of all projects to provided the most flexible, responsive, rapid, and high quality development cycle, based on the project size and type. The goal of “eVision” is to ensure timely delivery of mission critical solutions and services through a highly collaborative process with the client teams.

Our methodology has been formulated using software engineering best practices from within the industries leading methodologies such Rational Unified Process (RUP), Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Object Oriented design concepts. “eVision” is created using a combinations of the most appropriate steps of the above methodologies and by application of our own software engineering experience and successful project delivery to create an integrated framework of Processes, Procedure and Systems to predict, measure, optimise and consistently repeat team performance.

Two key strengthens of eVision are “Project Tailoring” and “Process Audits”. Project tailoring ensure critical project life cycle fit in terms of project deliverables based on size and type of project. Whereas the Process Audits ensures high quality and consistency through-out the life of the project and allow for measure of Return on Investment (ROI).
